Dennis B. Boykin IV
Dennis focuses on C5ISR, M&S, Enterprise IT & ERP systems across DoD and the Department of State. A 24 year Army veteran & Bronze Star recipient, he gained experience as a Government Task Manager, COR, and proposal evaluator before transitioning to running captures, writing proposals, and leading profitable business units over a 20+ year business career.
When he's not working for his clients, you can usually find him committing aviation and flying rescue dogs from shelters out of the Leesburg Executive Airport.
Maurice 'Moe' Hill
Moe focuses on digital transformation advisory services and enterprise application procurements across multiple sub-elements of Justice & Homeland Security. A former Marine & 26 year veteran of DEA, Moe started as a Chicago police officer and brings Six Sigma & ITIL credentials to his work as a capture manager and campaign strategist.
When he's not plumbing the mysteries of FPDS & SAM, Moe stays busy renovating a Fairfax rambler and proving up his Tim Allen skills.
Elisabeth 'Liz' Renninger
Liz focuses on enterprise IT and professional services procurements across the entirety of the Foreign Affairs account structure, as well as select Civilian agencies. Liz has over 30 years of consulting background, including hardware, software and telecom sales as well as enterprise IT and professional services. She brings a full understanding of the challenges of all technology products and services. Liz is active in ACT-IAC and the Professional Services Council.
Liz switches up her time between her son's farm in Aiken, SC and the lovely town of Bethany Beach, DE.
John Barrass
John has founded and run multiple government services firms in the information technology and professional services arena. An Army artillery veteran with an Airborne background, John brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial, operations management, financial management, and business development acumen to the table.
When John's not supporting clients, building an airplane, or flying airplanes, he's raising two rowdy hockey players.
Richard 'Rick' Deloney
Rick brings 26 years of Air Force & Joint communications background to bear on DoD requirements, as well as the State & Local market. With White House Communications Agency experience and over 45 years of consulting background, Rick brings a multitude of industry contacts and lessons-learned.
Rick is an avid golfer who finds the links in Arizona much to his liking.
William 'Bill' Dinnison
Bill is a 20 year Army logistics & mobility veteran with intimate knowledge of Joint Force deployment & employment. Focusing on Defense Agencies, Combatant Commands, and the Joint Staff market, Bill brings over 40 years of experience in sustainment & logistics systems, including ERPs. Bill's experience in business includes 20 years successfully managing large portfolios in the defense industry.
When Bill isn't busy pondering the challenges of deployments, he's busy rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers or enjoying his Royal Caribbean status as a frequent cruiser.
